### Refund Policy

At **ZarachStore** (zarachstore.ng), we offer cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) digital products, including our point-of-sale system, inventory management, invoicing, and other business management tools. These are **digital products** delivered instantly upon subscription, with immediate access to the full service.

Because of the **digital and non-tangible nature** of our products, all sales are generally **final** and **non-refundable** except under the very limited conditions outlined below.

#### Refund Eligibility – 14-Day Window Only
- Refunds are available **only for paid subscriptions** (not the free tier or trial accounts).  
- You must request a refund **within 14 calendar days** from the date of your first successful payment.  
- This means the refund window is strictly **14 calendar days** (not working/business days) from the purchase date.  
- After **14 calendar days**, no refund requests will be accepted or processed under any circumstances, even if you are not satisfied with the software or decide it does not meet your needs.  
- Refunds are granted **only** in the following specific cases (and only if requested within the 14-day period):  
  - The Service does not substantially perform as advertised (major features are missing or completely non-functional).  
  - You experience significant, unresolved technical issues that prevent normal use of the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

**Refunds are not available for:**  
- Change of mind  
- Incompatibility with your business needs, devices, or workflow  
- Lack of usage after purchase  
- Partial months or unused portions of a subscription  
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our **Terms and Conditions**

#### How to Request a Refund
1. Submit your refund request **within the 14-calendar-day window** via our official support form at **https://zarachstore.ng/c/contact-us**.  
   - Include your account email, subscription details, exact date of purchase, and a clear description of the reason for the request.  
   - Provide any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, logs, etc.).  
2. We will review your request within **7 business days**.  
3. If approved, we will process the refund (full or pro-rated, at our discretion) to your original payment method within **10–15 business days**.  
   - Refunds may be subject to deduction of transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or pro-rated usage up to the refund date.

#### Important Notes
- All refunds are issued at **ZarachStore's sole discretion**.  
- Once a refund is processed, your access to the paid features of the Service will be revoked immediately.  
- After the 14-calendar-day period ends, **no refunds will be issued** for any reason.  
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Nigerian law if the product is defective or fails to meet promised standards. In such cases, please contact us via the support form within the 14-day window.

We strongly recommend thoroughly testing the **free tier** before upgrading to a paid plan to ensure the software meets your business requirements.
