These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZarachStore platform, including the website zarachstore.ng and the cloud-based point-of-sale and business management software ("Service") provided by **ZarachStore** ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
**1. Account Registration and Security**
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
**2. Service Description**
ZarachStore provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for business management, including point-of-sale (POS), invoicing, inventory tracking, stock management, HR, CRM, reporting, and related features. The Service is accessible via web browser on internet-connected devices. We may update or modify features from time to time.
**3. Subscription and Billing**
- The Service offers a free tier (limited features) and paid subscription plans (e.g., Pro).
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees and applicable taxes.
- Fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
- We may change pricing with notice (at least 30 days for existing subscribers).
**4. Usage Restrictions**
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Interfere with the Service or other users.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Exceed any usage limits or quotas applicable to your plan.
**5. Intellectual Property**
The Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by ZarachStore or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription solely for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Your Data as necessary to provide the Service. We will handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (to be linked when available).
**7. Data Security and Backups**
We implement reasonable security measures and maintain regular automated backups. However, we are not responsible for loss of data due to user actions, force majeure, or other events beyond our control. You are advised to maintain your own backups.
**8. Termination**
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, access to the Service ends, and you must cease using it.
**9. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZarachStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
**10. Governing Law**
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
**11. Changes to Terms**
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
